In 1886, a young John Russell Case, began
producing the very first of a long line of now famous cutlery. His developed
knack of ascertaining the exact temper of a blade to assure it was at the
desired peak of hardness ensured the popularity of those early knives. Case
knives still maintain that reputation of quality that only intensive, old
fashioned hands-on labour can ensure. It all begins with the very finest
selection of raw materials from all over the world by their experts, then
crafted into the finest examples of American cutlery available today.
The quality materials, along with the skilled, highly experienced hands and
discerning eyes of their master craftsmen have combined to elevate Case knives
into highly prized collectables, sought after by serious collectors
everywhere.
